NCT
The NCT website was failing users on many levels. I was charged with redesigning the site from the ground up to alleviate pressure on the call centre and increase online bookings. Every car owner in Ireland has access to the services on this website and we needed to make sure the journey was user friendly.
The end result exceeds all the initial targets and the clients reported an increase in online bookings across a variety of devices.
SMART DUBLIN
A website content and design overhaul to take the work of Smart Dublin out of the abstract and into our lives. Smart Dublin’s activity has real impact in the lives of Dubliners. We identified a perception gap: most of their writing was drawn from funding proposals and wasn’t suited to the web. With a content audit and a collaborative approach to content design, we shifted the emphasis to their actions.
We connected their back catalogue of stories into a set of narratives, that show how their projects really work.
